  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation will incur a 25% cancellation fee
  • No-shows for scheduled consultations are not eligible for refunds

Workshops and Events

For in-person or virtual workshops, seminars, and events:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund
  • You may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Prime Haven, you will be offered a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled event

  • Your refund request must be submitted within the specified time frame for the product or service
  • You must provide the original order number, date of purchase, and the email address used for the purchase
  • For digital products, you must confirm that you have deleted all copies of the purchased materials
  • The purchase must have been made directly through our website or authorized sales channels
  • Your account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms and Conditions

Non-Refundable Items
